Kimberly Brooks, artist and technologist, founded Lightray in 1996. Her work has received wide exposure and acclaim, been bundled with Apple Computers worldwide and been featured in a variety of publications and media, including Wired, Vogue, Fortune, Forbes and Oprah. Also acclaimed artist, Brooks has been in juried exhibitions curated by jurors from MOMA, LACMA and The Whitney Museum of American Art. Brooks and her team teach “The Art of the Internet” at the Otis College of Art and Design. Brooks delights in empowering other people and businesses with the tools to fully realize themselves.
